These terms apply to plugins purchased directly from U2Code websites. Plugins purchased on WooCommerce.com are additionally governed by the WooCommerce.com marketplace terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
Licensing
Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later.
Automatic updates and support
- Annual plans include one year of automatic updates and support. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time.
- Lifetime plans include automatic updates and support for as long as the product exists.
- We respond to support requests within one working day.
- Support covers questions about plugin features, bug fixes and compatibility updates. It does not include customization, custom coding or third-party integrations.
Intellectual property rights
U2Code retains ownership of its products. All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
Plugin delivery
After purchase you receive a confirmation with your license key by email (or in your WooCommerce.com account, for marketplace purchases). You can re-download the plugin for as long as your license is valid. When a license expires, download access is suspended until renewal — the plugin itself keeps working.
Price changes
We may change product prices without prior notice.
Discounts
Promotional discounts apply to the first billing term only; renewals are charged at the regular price.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, U2Code is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products — including data loss, downtime or lost revenue — except in cases of intentional misconduct.
